has maintained an ISO 9001 accreditation for manned security services
since 2001. Staff are licensed in accordance with current legislation
and work practices are monitored on site by mobile supervisors and
state of the art electronic tour recording equipment. Warning signs
are provided and customers are given access to our internal communications
system which enables them to deal directly to the guard charged
with the responsibility of looking after the security of their premises
on that day or night. Incidents are reported to you in your preffered
format i.e. letter, e-mail, fax etc. and the confidentiality of
the content of such messages is respected at all times.
